Our Ground Rules

We are as transparent about our process as we absolutely can be.

Our operations are as socially and environmentally conscious as possible. It is, as it should be, a constant evolution.

We like working with our friends, (and our clients often become friends) and people who inspire us. We have a no a**hole rule.

Discretion is in our DNA. Working behind the scenes to make things happen, that’s us.

We don’t break rules that can put us in jail or put our clients at risk. (Sad it needs to be said, but it does.)

We never play both sides of the table. Period. If there is a conflict, or even a perception of one, we're disclosing and resolving it immediately.
